Simon Barbato is the Founder of Mr B & Friends a Bath-based creative and digital agency and CEO of CXCo, the agencies recently launched sister company that specialises in customer experience consultancy.
For over 20 years Simon has been helping ambitious clients to develop their brands and customer engagement strategies. He firmly believes that brand promise is intrinsically linked to customer experience. Mr B & Friends and CXCo works together to help clients maximise the potential of both.
In this presentation Simon will share his thoughts on the journey from brand strategy, execution, to customer experience delivery and measurement: – defining your brand proposition – creating the environment for it to flourish – measuring and developing your customer experience delivery The outcome is a truly joined up brand experience delivering higher value customers, reduced churn and increased advocacy.
About the speaker:
Simon started his career in 1991 with AMV BBDO handling through the line campaigns for Delta Airlines, IKEA and Labatt’s. He progressed on to Ogilvy & Mather Direct working on the IBM and American Express pan-European direct marketing accounts.
He moved to brand consultancy Light & Coley in 1995 and gained nearly four years brand development and management experience working with clients such as Gallaher and Dixons.
In 1998 he formed his first agency – the-field – in Richmond, SW London. This was acquired by a larger marketing services group in 2004. He founded Mr B & Friends in June 2006.
