Following a career in advertising at one of the UK’s largest magazine publishing companies, Shane Carnell-Xu co-founded Xcetra Media in 2007, a multi-disciplined design agency recently rebranded as Ready – The Creative Campaign Agency. Ready’s impressive client list includes Freeview, Soap & Glory, Quidco and some of the UK’s largest media companies such as Future, Bauer Media and Immediate Media (formerly BBC Magazines). Shane is passionate about design and how to use creativity to unlock the power of brands. Fluent in Chinese Mandarin, he was a member of the IPA’s delegation on their 2011 trade mission to China.
