How to Create Powerful Digital Brands Using Multi-Channel Research
As marketers we all know the importance of understanding your target audience before embarking on any project, be it a rebrand, product launch or new strategy. As Sift Digital’s Head of User Experience (UX), Al Barker knows exactly how to use UX to create exceptional digital experiences, and multi-channel research is an essential part of this rewarding process.
How can organisations deliver the right content and experience for users? Whether you’re a client- or agency side marketer, this talk will lend an extra ‘oomph’ to your campaigns. Learn and discuss the principles and techniques to conduct meaningful user research, focusing on both brand and task, and how to translate valuable insight, evidence and analysis into actionable results and outputs.
In their own words, Sift Digital bring together people, technology and ideas to transform businesses and improve people’s lives. They have been leading the way in the field of digital engagement for over 7 years, and use a blended approach of strategic thinking, user-led methodology and creative technology. Recently they have helped build a digital future for the Natural History Museum, helped Amnesty International with their digital transformation, and created a digital strategy for Cancer Research UK.
