She demonstrated how Behavioural Economics now provides predictable and accountable options for delivering strategy. She also addressed the concept of ‘challenger thinking and how it can be utilised to generate an energising effect right across organisations.
A champion of strategy at all levels – from the boardroom to frontline staff, she shared examples of strategic tools that have pulled highly successful companies together by creating momentum and focusing on delivery. Some tips for everyone to ‘steal with pride’ from their strategic toolboxes.
