Matt Hardy, Joint MD, The Real Adventure Unlimited
The Bath & County Club, Bath
Thursday 26th January, 2016. 5:30 – 7:30
Our members (Clients and Agencies) tell us that one of the biggest challenges they face today is finding, developing and holding on to digital talent. The cost, lost opportunities, effort and disruption caused by an unfilled vacancy or rapid turnover in digital staff can be catastrophic.
We were delighted therefore when our Group Sponsors and leading Recruitment Agency, Henry Nicholas proposed a Key Note talk to focus on this topic in Bristol in October. The subject proved so popular that Matt Hardy, Join MD of The Real Adventure, has again agreed to speak on the topic in Bath.
Henry Nicholas will again be on hand to add some context to this issue and to provide a frank perspective from the Recruitment Industry. However the evening will be very much led by Matt Hardy. The Real Adventure Unlimited, is one of the largest Agencies in Bristol and a top 100 Digital Agency nationally.
As leader of the Agency’s technical output Matt is uniquely positioned to provide the employer perspective and to share his insights on this vital issue. He will challenge our thinking about digital talent and question is we should all think more broadly about talent in a digital world. His talk will explore how and why the industry needs to adapt to new employee expectations and what prospective new temployees are looking for.
This is a must see event for any marketer (Client, Agency or supplier) who wants to build a talented team with great digital skills. Any members who are looking for work in this area might also find this a valuable talk!
