As leader of the Agency’s technical output Matt is uniquely positioned to provide the employer perspective and to share his insights on this vital issue. He will challenge our thinking about digital talent and question is we should all think more broadly about talent in a digital world. His talk will explore how and why the industry needs to adapt to new employee expectations and what prospective new temployees are looking for.

About the speaker

With offices in Bristol and London The Real Adventure Unlimited, part of The Unlimited Group, is a large CRM Agency who also rank in Econsultancy’s Top 100 Digital Agencies. They help brands nurture relationships with consumers over the long term. Their clients include Danone, Costa, Weetabix and ASDA and they work for clients in the UK and internationally.

Matt Hardy has been an early digital adopter since first picking up a ZX80 in his early teens. Since then his interest in technology has led him to develop software in numerous industries including banking, utilities, FMCG and health. He is now the Joint MD at TRA and the driving force behind digital technology within the agency, responsible for all technical outputs and project management functions of the agency, and has pioneered innovative CRM techniques such as email send-time-personalisation and informed responsive design.

Our venue for the evening is The County Club, Bath. As always, the evening starts at the bar with networking from 5.30pm. The talk starts at 6.30 and finishes by 7.30pm, allowing for even more networking time.
